Centralized Response by PSIRT
We have established a Product Security Incident Response Team (PSIRT), a specialized team for product security. The PSIRT centrally manages and executes the collection, analysis, countermeasures, and disclosure of information to customers regarding product vulnerabilities, both domestically and internationally. This ensures a system that allows for a rapid and accurate response in the event of an incident.
Responsible Response to Vulnerabilities
When a vulnerability is discovered in a product, we respond based on the following principles:
- Rapid Analysis and Countermeasures
We promptly assess the severity and scope of the vulnerability and quickly prepare countermeasures such as patches. - Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD)
Once countermeasures are ready and customers can apply them, we collaborate with relevant organizations to provide accurate information disclosure.
